Terms of Use

  • Gift/ E-Gift Card(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by state law).

  • We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift/ E-Gift Cards.

  • You cannot purchase an E-Gift Card with another Gift/ E-Gift Card.

  • If the amount of your Gift/ E-Gift Cards does NOT cover the total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card.

  • If the amount of your Gift/ E-Gift Cards are for MORE than the total order amount, the balance will remain on your Card for future use.

  • We cannot accept Afterpay or Ashley Stewart Credit Cards for payment of E-Gift Cards at this time.

  • A maximum of three E-Gift Cards may be purchased in a single transaction.

  • E-Gift Cards may be purchased for any amount between the minimum of $10 and the maximum of $150.

  • We do not charge sales tax when you buy an E-Gift Card because it is charged when the Gift/ E-Gift Card is used.

Shipping & Returns

New & Easy! Start an online return to print your return label or generate a code (no printer needed)! Here's what you need to know:

  • We will gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from your order ship date.
  • Wedding Dresses must be returned within 15 days of your order ship date.
  • You can return most items purchased on AshleyStewart.com to one of our retail store or to our warehouse.
  • We do not accept returns for Home items, Shoes or Wedding Dresses in-store.
  • Items marked as "Online Exclusive" must be returned to our warehouse.
  • Online Exclusives include items sized 28 and up and bra cups C, F, G, & H.
  • All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with tags attached in the original packaging.
  • Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales of these items are ‘FINAL’.
  • When using our prepaid label or printerless code $10 will be deducted from your return total.
